Renata Heranova is the founder of Motion For Growth, a movement dedicated to driving economic growth by giving SMEs a structured framework and access to experienced advisers and talent, matched to the exact stage of growth they're in, so nothing is guesswork and nothing is rushed.

Renata chose to learn from the best, spending over 20 years at Fortune 50 giants like Amazon and Sun Microsystems. There, she managed multi-million-pound budgets, led complex M&As, and built large-scale systems, testing what actually works under pressure. Her real passion had always been small businesses, the founders building something from nothing. Motion For Growth is where that passion finally found its home: a chance to bring everything she'd learned at the top to the businesses that needed it most.

British National Skydiving Champion

Outside the business world, Renata is a British National Skydiving Champion with 20+ medals and over 3,500 skydives. It's the same skill set she brings to coaching: the capacity to make sharp decisions under pressure, hold uncertainty without freezing, and keep moving toward the goal regardless.
